Every new visual concept involves knowledge of tools — either real tactile implements or electronic ones. This past week I worked on the project in which a tool was the central visual concept. In the process I thought about tools in general. 
I thought that there’s a myriad of tools, they are mastered for years, improved, changed or kept in their original form.
I thought that every occupation involves tools, some of them are very easy to use others have a great significance. 
Some tools are ancient and symbolic, some are pretty old but being constantly modernized. Other ones are acquired over the years of work, intensely used and rarely replaceable.
